"Jean Hilton, with the assistance of her husband Tony, was the photographer at my eldest daughters wedding. The wedding took place in Oamaru and Jean had no hesitation in making the journey from her home in Christchurch. My daughter, Bridget and the groom, Nick, are a young couple and had a particular style in mind. Jean worked well with the bride and groom and was wonderful at setting the scene and coming up with unique poses that the young couple were thrilled with. When Jean and Tony arrived on the morning of the wedding to a chaotic household, with various individuals getting ready including the Bride, Mother of Bride, bridesmaids and flower girls, they fitted right in, taking photos as necessary, in a relaxed fashion, putting everyone at ease. We were all extremely happy with the final outcome. Jean and Tony took the right mix of formal and fun interactive photographs. Despite weather conditions being overcast and windy, Jean was able to take some fantastic images which will take pride of place in our photo album, some of which we have had enlarged to fit picture frames. The full size photos look great on our lounge wall. If you are looking for quality photographs, taken with discretion and ease, I would recommend Jeans inexpensive service as a way to make some real savings. You will find the results far better than many expensive professional photoghers based in Canterbury, and there's no stress involved."
